Our focus has been on refining the user experience, addressing key aspects such as API uploading, visual layouts, social images, editing workflows, and auto-saving content.

In this release, we are addressing the initial phase of a broader theme: the efficient management of bulk publishing and proper version control.

What’s new?

Autosave: Never Lose Edits

Gone are the days of manual saves! No more worrying about saving your edits manually; our new functionality ensures that every change you make is automatically saved. This also sets the stage for the imminent arrival of bulk publishing and version control.

New Onboarding Form and White-glove Support

Attention, platform users! Our commitment to supporting you remains high. Explore our brand-new onboarding form, designed to provide value by asking a few straightforward questions. Get personalized setup assistance and premium white-glove support at your request. Schedule a meeting with our team or request a shared Slack channel effortlessly. Until year-end, we're extending this Growth plan feature to Startup and Free plans.

Optimizing Page Performance: Image-Loading

Experience faster page loading thanks to the power of a Content Delivery Network (CDN). We've reworked how images are processed, and are dynamically scaling them for optimal performance. These improvements guarantee quicker page loads and an enhanced editing experience.

Site Descriptions and Social Images

No longer worry about users sharing your product docs with outdated or inaccurate previews. Often the users sharing your product docs are high-intent users and now you can make sure they see the right images and descriptions for your docs.

One setting page for better UX

The downside of shipping fast is that you sometimes need to consolidate what you’ve built. In this case we consolidated the settings for user, project and organization in a single overview, instead of three different locations.

API ‘drawer’ to prevent taking you out of the flow

In previous versions of the product you had to navigate deeper into the settings to upload (new versions of) your API. Now you can easily manage them from the main editor screen, and quickly check out the API reference, for well, your reference.
